Local Shipping (United States):

Delivery time is typically 3-5 business days once the order has been processed.

International Shipping:

• 🇪🇺 Europe: Delivery takes 3-7 business days 
• 🇨🇦 Canada: Delivery takes 3-7 business days.
• Rest of the World: Delivery can take 7-20 business days, depending on the destination.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nuvexa. If you are not fully satisfied, or maybe you just order the wrong size, no worries! you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order with a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team here with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
